Search visibility

Give search systems clear, structured facts about what you do, who you help, and where you are relevant.

The structured profile below summarizes search readiness: the offer is described clearly, the audience and service area are identified, and the next action and supporting proof are structured.

Custom systems

Not every useful system fits a category.

If a recurring process is valuable, predictable, and safe to improve, bring it to the assessment. We will map the work, identify where human judgment belongs, and tell you whether a build is justified.

How an engagement works

Diagnose first. Build the smallest thing that works. Prove it.

Each phase produces something useful before the next investment is made.

Diagnose

  1. 01
    Trace the journey

Follow one customer journey from first signal to measured outcome.

  2. 02
    Set the baseline

Measure what happens before changing anything.

OutputJourney map + baseline

Build

  1. 03
    Choose the smallest fix

Process, configuration, integration, automation, or AI, whichever is justified.

  2. 04
    Build and connect

Connect the necessary pieces and test them against representative cases.

OutputTested working system

Operate + prove

  1. 05
    Document ownership

Define who operates the system and what happens when a step fails.

  2. 06
    Review the evidence

Compare results with the baseline at agreed review points.

The principle

AI is a tool, not the product. Automation where work is predictable. People where judgment matters.

The Founder’s Desk
Tommy Le, founder of TLE Studios
Hi, I'm Tommy, and as a first-generation immigrant, I learned how a business really runs by watching my parents build one: every call answered, every follow-up chased, every detail held in someone's head because no system held it for them. Then I spent my career building the systems that hold. As a software and reliability engineer at a global bank, two high-growth technology companies, and a national consumer platform, my job was to keep things standing even when volume spikes and staff turns over. These systems are the leverage big companies buy. I believe growing businesses deserve the same, without the bureaucracy. So I built TLE Studios.Today I work from Atlanta, directly with every client. I run the assessment, design the system, and build it myself, so nothing gets lost between the person who heard your problem and the person who fixes it. If the numbers say a build isn't worth it, I'll tell you that before you spend anything.

Not sure where the leak is?Tell us which process feels harder than it should. We will show you what it costs and whether fixing it is worth it.

It is a focused, paid engagement that maps one important customer or operating journey, identifies the most expensive gaps, and turns them into an evidence-backed recommendation and practical roadmap.

No. The assessment is defined, paid work with its own deliverable. You see the scope and the price before anything starts, and you keep the decision document whether or not TLE implements the recommendation.

You receive a current-state map, evidence and assumptions, prioritized opportunities, a future-state recommendation, and a practical 90-day roadmap. You keep the decision document whether or not TLE implements it.

No. We work inside the tools you already use and document everything in plain language, including who owns each step and what happens when one fails.

Yes. We begin with the tools and processes already in place. A recommendation may be better configuration, an integration, a process change, selective replacement, or no new technology.

We use AI when language understanding, classification, drafting, or reasoning materially improves the process. Predictable rules remain deterministic, and people remain responsible for judgment, empathy, approval, and exceptions.

Every build includes documented ownership, operating instructions, exception handling, and agreed review points. Results are compared with the baseline before further work is recommended.

Yes, carefully. During the assessment we define a data boundary: which systems hold sensitive information, who may access it, and what must stay inside your environment. Where regulations apply to your business, we scope the work around your obligations rather than claiming blanket compliance.

You book a short conversation with Tommy. We discuss the journey that feels most expensive, confirm whether an assessment is justified, and give you the scope before any commitment. If it is not a fit, we say so.
